My name is Shannon Coffin and I am your personal guide to Horry County in South Carolina! As your Realtor, I am proud to work with you as we advance toward a common goal: the successful purchase or sale of your property. I offer my services to any residential client who seeks to buy, sell, or invest, but I am especially fond of working with clients interested in New Construction with the feel of a truly custom home. I deliver results with superior organization and a work ethic that is second to none. I look forward to learning more about how I can help you when we meet soon!
